ReLiance Group Inc. (RGI) Public Benefit Company located in Union City, New Jersey founded by Sandra Carson-Ikpoba, a domestic violence survivor. It was formed to address shortage of affordable housing the homeless and work issues of women/men once they leave the domestic violence shelters. Once these women and their children time is up to leave the shelter, they are forced back into main stream living sometimes without a permanent place to go and without jobs. Thus, leaving the survivor in a position to wind up back with the perpetrator because of the lack of adequate affordable housing and employment.
The oppression forces the survivor to make wrong choices and voluntarily start the vicious cycle of domestic violence again. RGI was birth by the founder who understands the urgency and necessity from experience. ReLiance Group Inc. was created to help bring hope, lift burdens, and give peace of mind, knowing that someone is concern about their wellbeing and determined to help make their transition from the shelter into main stream living smooth.

To develop long-term properties and employment. To aid in improving the lifestyle of survivors of domestic violence.
