RGI Notary Services is a Commission Notary Services created to provide mobile Notarization service to real estate, businesses, banks, hospitals and more.
In order for a signature to be notarized it must be signed in the presence of a notary. Notarizations, administration of oaths and similar services are governed by the State of New Jersey.
